We offer a full-line of Physical Therapy equipment and services including bikes, treadmill, upper body bike, weights, thera-ball and thera-bands. Special features that we have to offer are the Bioness L300, Wii-Fit, parallel bars and the shuttle.
The Ness L 300 is an advanced functional electrical stimulation system that is helping patients regain their independence, strength, mobility and stability. It can also be used for muscle re-education, to prevent/retard disuse atrophy, to maintain or increase joint range of motion, and to increase blood flow.
Who uses it?
- patients with foot-drop as a result of multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, stroke, cerebral palsy and incomplete spinal cord injury.
Does insurance cover it?
- Some insurances do, while others are still in the process of evaluating this new technology.
